Todavía seguía yendo a la mezquita. No negó que ya no creía en el islam, y pidió disculpas por su engaño. Después de muchas deliberaciones, se decidió que sería ejecutado.
Fue llevado a la plaza del pueblo para ser ejecutado, y todos los paisanos se reunieron alrededor.
El imam de la mezquita preguntó si alguien más confesaba haber abrazado el cristianismo en secreto, y se ofrecía a ser ejecutado voluntariamente junto al joven.
Después de una larga pausa, un abuelo se levantó y confesó su fe cristiana. Después, una mujer joven, a la que siguieron muchos otros. En total: ¡la mitad del pueblo!
Ahora resultaba imposible pensar en ejecutar a toda esa gente, y los líderes musulmanes se vieron en un dilema.
Y lo que hicieron fue que construyeron una segunda mezquita y dejaron a los cristianos la anterior, para separarse de ellos».

In rural village in India, a young man was accused of becoming Christian.
He was still part of the mosque. He did not deny it, and appologized for his deception. With much deliberation, it was decided that he would be killed.
He was taken to the village square to be executed, and all of the villagers crowded around.
The leader of the mosque asked if anyone else would confess to secretly being Christian, and volunteer to be executed together with this young man.
After a long pause, on old grandfather got up and confessed his faith. Then, a young woman, followed by so many others. About half of their village!
Now it was impossible to think of execution for all these people, and leaders were in a dilemma.
What they did was, they built a second mosque and separated from the Christians in their own mosque.
